The prevailing language:
The original Arabic version of these Terms and Conditions may be translated into English or other languages. The translated version is an additional service for those who are non-Arabic speakers. In the event of a dispute over the contents or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or in the event of any difference or conflict between the Arabic version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall be the applicable, dominant and decisive version.
Severability of texts and sentences:
If any of these conditions are partially void, the parties continue to adhere to the rest, and the void conditions will be replaced by the correct and legal provisions governing the different segments as much as possible.
In the case of the failure of Digital Mobility Solutions to exercise or enforce any right or provision from the provisions set forth in this document, then this should not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, and Digital Mobility Solutions shall have the right to exercise its right at any time.
You agree to indemnify and keep Digital Mobility Solutions harmless from any claims, actions, suits, losses or damages, including legal fees, attorney’s fees resulting from your violation of these terms, your use of the site or your placement of any content onto the website.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Digital Mobility Solutions . and supersede any prior responsibility and/or notice associated with any communication and/or information received from the user published on the website.
Cancellation by the Customer
Digital Mobility Solutions allows its customers to cancel their bookings. However, every booking done on Digital Mobility Solutions is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline and Digital Mobility Solutions itself. The cancellation charges vary as per the airline, hotels, and transportation.
Packages booked under promotions, deals, or offers in certain circumstances cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable too. Please read through the terms and conditions of the deal/offer/promotion.
Under any circumstances, if Digital Mobility Solutions sees it necessary, it can cancel any booking for any reason whatsoever. The amount that has been booked, will be returned to the same account.
If the booking is cancelled, the person who signed the booking must notify The Company in writing as soon as possible. The charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by The Company.
The Charges will be as follows:
Cancellation 60 days plus before departure (150 SAR)
Cancellation between 60-28 days before departure (500 SAR) per person. Cancellation 27-14 days before departure 30% per person.
Cancellation 14-7 days before departure 50% per person.
Cancellation 7-4 days before departure 100% per person
If Digital Mobility Solutions cancels your trip, except where it’s because you haven’t paid or you have been disruptive, you can have a refund or accept a replacement holiday from Digital Mobility Solutions of a similar standard and price if Digital Mobility Solutions can offer you one. Digital Mobility Solutions will also pay the compensation shown below (unless Digital Mobility Solutions has cancelled because of one of the reasons listed in ‘Events Beyond Our Control’ or where you haven’t paid) and Digital Mobility Solutions will refund the difference if the replacement holiday is of a lower price.
Digital Mobility Solutions aims to give you what we promise but, as Digital Mobility Solutions plans holidays a long time in advance, sometimes things can change. Digital Mobility Solutions can make a change at any time but will let you know before your holiday if there’s time. Flight times given are for guidance only – your actual times will be shown on your e-ticket. Check that carefully when you receive it. Aircraft type can change and some facilities such as entertainment or advertised seat pitch may not be available. If Digital Mobility Solutions can’t provide a seat option, Digital Mobility Solutions will refund the price you paid for that option. Occasionally, Digital Mobility Solutions may have to make a major change to your holiday such as a change of destination, a change of accommodation to a lower category, a change in flight time by more than 12 hours or a change of departure airport. A change in flight time that Digital Mobility Solutions need to make within 24 hours before you are due to fly is not a major change unless the time changes by more than 24 hours. If Digital Mobility Solutions tells you about a major change after you book your holiday, you can accept the new arrangements offered by us; or accept a replacement holiday from us of the same or similar standard and price at the date of the change (we’ll always refund the difference in price if the replacement holiday is a lower price at the date of the change), if Digital Mobility Solutions is able to offer you one; or cancel your holiday with us and receive a full refund. If Digital Mobility Solutions makes a major change, and you choose to cancel your holiday and receive a full refund, Digital Mobility Solutions will pay the compensation shown below, unless the change is because of an event beyond our control. Any compensation payable is based upon how many days before your holiday departure Digital Mobility Solutions tells you about a major change. Digital Mobility Solutions pays 50% of the compensation for each person who paid a child price. No compensation will be paid for free child places.

Examples of events beyond our control are: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity or its consequences, industrial disputes, any failure to secure relevant flying rights, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, health risks, unavoidable and unforeseeable technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports or ports, actual or potential severe weather conditions, the imposition of sanctions or other Governmental action and any other similar events.
Customer raising refund requests, can do so from their log-in or drop a mail to email@example.com with booking details for further action.
Processing times for refund vary for every booking and shall be done at the earliest on receipt of the request. Refund for partially utilized tickets (for e.g.: a ticket booked for a round trip but used for just one way) may take longer.
The add-on service charges, convenience fee, and discount you have received using a coupon code are non-refundable. The final refund amount will be adjusted as per the deductions.
The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if you have used a credit card, DigitalMobility Solutions will make an appropriate charge reversal and if it’s a debit card, the amount will be credited. The cancellation charges would be levied as per policy.
Please note that the bank may deduct the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges as applicable. For eg: If you have booked in SAR currency and have used a bank card with USD currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from USD to SAR. The foreign exchange (FX) rates are updated daily and are derived from official sources.

Digital Mobility Solutions is an online travel agency that offers easy and convenient access to reservations in both English & Arabic. Digital MobilitySolutions shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same has been refunded by the respective airline. In the circumstances wherein an airline discontinues its operations, Digital Mobility Solutions will not be accountable for the same and a decision on the refunds will be taken as per the airline’s stance and statement.
The customer shall:
Cooperate with Service Provider in all matters relating to the service providing; respond promptly to any Service Provider request to provide direction, information, approvals, authorizations, or decisions that are reasonably necessary for the Service Provider to perform Service Providing in accordance with the requirements of this agreement; provide such customer materials or information as Service Provider may request and Customer considers reasonably (iv) necessary to carry out the Service Providing in a timely manner and ensure that such customer materials or information are complete and accurate in all material respects; and comply with all applicable laws in relation to the Service Providing before the date on which the Service Providing is to start.
Customer behavior in a Service Provider’s or their Supplier’s vehicle.
The customer is held expressly responsible for the customer’s behaviour and for the behaviour of all passengers who accompany the customer in the service Provider’s or their Supplier’s vehicle, and the customer is responsible to inform such passengers of the provisions of these Terms. If it appears to Service Provider or their Supplier that any passenger is engaged in unacceptable (for example, rowdy, raucous, or lewd) behaviour, then Service Provider, their Supplier, or the Chauffeur may refuse entry to the vehicle for that passenger, terminate the agreement for that booking and or cease the transportation and require that passenger to leave the vehicle. In such circumstances, the customer will still be liable to Service Provider for the full price of the booking, and neither the Service Provider nor their Supplier will be responsible or liable for any losses or costs to the customer or any passenger as a result of the incomplete performance of the transportation.
The customer accepts responsibility and will indemnify the Service Provider or their suppliers for any internal or external damage to or loss of the vehicle or any Service Provider or their Supplier property caused or incited to be caused by the customer or another passenger. The customer will be liable for cleaning and valet costs for the Service Provider or their Supplier vehicle if any passenger causes any spillage or suffers from an illness or in any other way causes the cleanliness of the vehicle to be of a lower standard than it was before the customer enters into the vehicle. The standard “Soiling Fee” is 200 SAR; however, Service Provider and their Supplier reserve the right to charge additional amounts for any downtime caused by vehicle(s) being taken off the fleet for cleaning.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. If a customer or another passenger violates the no-smoking policy, they will be liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also for the loss of any business that results from the related downtime of the vehicle. During the entirety of the transportation, all passengers must follow all applicable road and traffic regulations, including seat belt rules or regulations.
Any instructions given by the service provider or their supplier must be followed. It is prohibited for passengers to open vehicle doors while the vehicle is in motion, to throw any objects from the vehicle, and to stick body parts out of or shout from the vehicle.
